What the technician checks

Cabinet temperature against the thermostat setting, and product temperature separately.
Supply voltage and compressor amp draw measured against the nameplate.
Refrigerant charge and system pressures.
Defrost cycle operation and termination.
Evaporator fan motor and blade, condenser coil condition.
Door gaskets, hinges and closure.

Findings go on the work order, with measured values, not a tick box.
