Designed, and closer to production than most of this project: Fortis has been live since 2026-07-01, PCI SAQ-D is attested, and an Elements demo already runs. But it does NOT belong in this repo.
What the design needs to cover
- THIS IS NOT THE MARKETING SITE. It belongs to the portal app behind the reverse proxy, alongside Fortis payments and Avery
- Remaining to go live per the roadmap: mint the production Web Payments User API Key, build the production payment page
- This page exists only so the footer link does not 404 while the shell is walked through
