Why this page matters
Parts is a distinct search intent from service. Someone hunting a specific part is not the same visitor as someone whose cooler just died, and today neither has a page.
What the design needs to cover
- DECISION FIRST: the current design puts equipment and parts on one page. Split into two, or keep combined?
- If split: what a parts-only page leads with, and how it relates to the PartsTown listing
- Whether parts can be looked up or requested online, or whether it is call and quote
- Counter pickup versus delivery, and how that differs by branch
